What happens if we damage the inflatable or other equipment?
If damage occurs the first thing to do is have everyone exit the ride. You will need to assess the damage and call our office at (337) 988-9386 to speak with a representative before allowing anyone back in the ride.If damage occurs that is beyond normal wear and tear, you will be responsible for the repair or replacement costs.
What if I have WELL WATER
Customer responsible for providing rust free water. There will be a $25.00 an hour plus cost of chemical to restore to original condition.
When should I expect Bouncing Buddies to arrive for my event?
Please make enough time to expect Bouncing Buddies to arrive up to two hours early for your event and to return up to two hours after the conclusion of your rental period.
What kind of power is required?
Fun Jumps plug into a standard 110 household outlet. We will supply the cord and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the Fun Jumps should be no more than 100 ft from that outlet. If you would like to set up a Fun Jump at a park or place without an electrical outlet within 100 ft. let us know and we can arrange to use a generator for additional charge.
Can jumps be rented overnight?
Fun Jumps can be rented for extended periods of time or overnight as long as it is set up in a gated secure area. There will be an extra charge. Please call for pricing.
Can I put my fun jump on concrete?
You may put your fun jump on concrete but sandbags and tarps are required. Sand bags and tarps are all $5.00 a piece.
What type of surface can the jumps be placed on?
The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, we can set up on concrete or asphalt. Please specify when ordering which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize the proper anchors for your event.
How much room do I need to set up a Fun Jump?
When you call to reserve your Fun Jumps, we will let you know the dimensions for the particular shape you will be renting.
Are Fun Jumps safe?
Yes. Our Fun Jumps are constructed to be as safe as possible. Jumps include a safety step and safety net that stop children from bouncing out of the jump and injuring themselves. Also, all jumpers have emergency exits on the roof incase of power failure. As with any activity involving small children, an adult should supervise the activity. This will help to insure that the few simple rules continue to be followed and that someone is always there to assist children entering and exiting the jumps. All of our fun Jumps have netting on all four sides to allow for great visibility and air circulation.
Are you Insured?
Yes. All of our Fun Jumps are insured. Please note: All individuals and companies that rent Fun Jumps are required to sign a liability waiver prior to set up, contact us for a copy if needed. We CANNOT set up the Fun Jumps until the liability waiver is signed.
Is there a deposit required to reserve a Fun Jump?
We require a 25% deposit. We take visa, mastercard, discover, and American Express BUS. EXPRESS. . If you cancel your order [ILLNESS OR WEATHER] this deposit may be applied to a future booking within 90 days on any inflatable equal of value. [excluding holidays] . We will collect payment in full (Check or Cash) at your setup time, the day of your party.
Can I have my party at a park?
Yes. Fun Jumps are great for parks. Some cities require that you have reservations in order to have a Fun Jumps at the park. Also, most cities will require that they be named as additionally insured on our policy. However we do need at least a one week notice to accomplish this. Also check to see if electricity will be available, if not we can arrange for a generator for an additional charge.

What if I have to cancel? [ILLNESS OR WEATHER]
No Problem. Just give us a call. We will keep you on file and your deposit will be applied to your future booking within 90 days on any inflatable of equal value. [excluding holidays]
Can I pick up the unit and set it up myself?
Although some rental companies will allow you to pick-up their inflatable’s and set them up yourself, we do not think that is a safe practice.
